Ingrid Bergman was a Swedish actress who starred in a variety of European and American films. When she was two years old, her mother died.
Her father, who was an artist and photographer, died when she was 13. In the years before he died, he wanted her to become an opera star, and had her take voice lessons for three years.
He documented all her birthdays with a borrowed camera. After his death, she was sent to live with an aunt, who died of heart disease only six months later.
Ingrid Bergman died on 29 August 1982 at 12:00 AM, her 67th birthday
She is best remembered for her roles as Ilsa Lund in Casablanca. In this film, she played the role of Ilsa, the beautiful Norwegian wife of Victor Laszlo, an anti-Nazi underground hero who is in Casablanca, a haven from the Nazis.
Her true love is American Rick Blaine who owns an upscale nightclub and gambling den in Casablanca, Rick’s Café Américain.
You must remember this
A kiss is still a kiss
A sigh is just a sigh
The fundamental things apply
As time goes by
And when two lovers woo
They still say ,”i love you”
On that you can rely
No matter what the future brings
As time goes by
Moonlight and love songs
Never out of date
Hearts full of passion
Jealousy and hate
Woman needs man
And man must have his mate
That no one can deny
It’s still the same old story
A fight for love and glory
A case of do or die
The world will always welcome lovers
As time goes by
We will always have Paris
Some day you will understand that
