Exercise makes you happier than Money / Sport macht Dich glücklicher als Geld / Exercício faz você mais feliz que Dinheiro / Ejercicio te hace más feliz que el Dinero

Are you so busy trying to earn more money so you will be happier. If you are, you might need to rethink your priorities. Money leads to autonomy, it does not add to well-being or happiness.

Once people reach the point of being able to meet your basic needs, more money leads to marginal gains at best, or even less well-being.

The biggest predictor of happiness is relationships. Not all relationships make you equally happy.

Toxic relationships do not. Reserve your resources (time, money, energy) for the relationships that bring you joy.

Experiences are important because they bond you to people. Which brings us back to relationships again.

Health is wealth, so living a healthier life make you happier. You know exercise is good for you.

It keeps your weight in check, makes you stronger, and keeps you feeling youthful and staying active.

Exercise makes you a happier person. Dopamine is necessary for your feelings of pleasure and happiness.

The best way to increase your brain’s dopamine production. Exercise. Run, lift, jump, play … and get happy.

That does not mean, however, that the more sport you do, the happier you are. Three to five training sessions each lasting between 30 to 60 minutes per week is ideal.

More than this, however, can have the opposite effect – in fact, the mental health of those who exercise for longer than three hours a day suffer more than those who are not particularly physically active.
