Every present moment is the happiest moment. You only have to realize it. Happiness is already at your door, you just have to open the door and our heart to let it enter. It is already within you.

The simplest and easiest way to feel the happiness within you, and make yourself instantly calm and happy is through conscious breathing.

It is not meditation because it can be practiced anywhere and anytime, whatever you are doing. It is simply breathing, nothing else but mindful breathing.

It makes you aware of the present; it makes all worries go out of your mind and calms you, relaxes you.

There is no past, no future but only present Awareness. It is a channel to connect yourself to your own inner peace and true nature.

As you breathe in, you say to yourself, ‘Breathing in, I know that I am breathing in.’ And as you breathe out, say, ‘Breathing out, I know that I am breathing out.’

There is no need to say the entire sentence. Only ‘In’ and ‘Out’ will do while you breathe in and out.

Breathing in, I calm my body.
Breathing out, I smile.
Dwelling in the present moment,
I know this is a wonderful moment!

Be completely aware of the process of breathing, feel the movement of your belly   while you do it. Think nothing else; just enjoy the calming effect of your inhalation and exhalation.

But it is impossible not to think.

Therefore, think while breathing in that ‘I am taking in happiness’, and while exhaling think that ‘I am releasing all thoughts of past and future’.

Simply be aware of your breathing .
