There are many times in life when you feel alone. You may think that no one understands you and that no one really cares about how you are doing.

You can think this so often that you begin to believe it, and it can start to affect how you live your life and how you interact with people.

We are all called to live a life that is full of peace and compassion, and when you feel that you are alone and that no one cares, you will not have peace in your life and you will feel no compassion.

The truth is none of us are alone.

You sometimes mistakenly think that everyone has given up on us. You may even think that God has given up on you.

If you are in a place in your life where you feel alone and that no one cares for you, please realize that you are not alone.  You have never been alone. 

When it feels like the rest of the World is unreachable, help is out there. When the rest of the World feels like too much to handle, there is someone or something that can help take control of your thoughts, your actions, and your mental health.

What you need to remember in times like these, is that you are never alone.

You may have questions about why you feel the way that you do. You may still be thinking about something.

Something that bothers you, a mistake that you have made, a problem that seems like it will never be solved. Remember to be kind and patient with yourself. You are only human. You are not alone.

You are amazing. And, you are not alone.
